Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Travel or Local
Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) to join our team in
Birmingham, Alabama. We offer nurses fulfilling opportunities with
optimal support, allowing them to make significant contributions to
patient care. You will monitor patients' vital signs, manage care
plans, and ensure the highest level of comfort in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. Monitor and record patients' heart rate, blood
pressure, and other vital signs Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and healthcare teams Observe and report any significant
patient health changes Manage multiple patient care plans
efficiently Strong telemetry and monitoring skills Ability to work
in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR)
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama BLS and ACLS certification
required
