Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • This role will require floating to multiple units • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Baptist Health UAB. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility. Required Skills/Experience: • Fluoroscopy experience required. • Surgery experience required, portable, trauma and diagnostic. • Lead markers experience. Preferred Skills/Experience: • O-arm experience • DEXA is a plus. Unit/Facility Details: Parking is free. Special Requests: Will accept a first-time traveler with at least 2-years’ experience with the required skills. Shift & Scheduling: • Thursday - Sunday • Weekend rotation: Varies (typically once a month but subject to change based on departmental needs) • On call requirement: Voluntary • Holiday Expectations: One major and one minor seasonal holiday per policy • Holiday Expectations: This does not mean they will automatically be scheduled for those dates, but we will not contractually guarantee to being off prior to arrival. Floating Requirements: Floating throughout the hospital. 10 days maximum time off.
