We are currently seeking a dedicated physician to cover shifts in our busy emergency department. Job Details : Annual Volume : Our facility sees approximately 35,000 patient visits annually, serving as a vital resource for emergency medical care in the region. Trauma Center Designation : As a Level 3 trauma center and Level 2 stroke center, we are equipped to handle a wide range of medical emergencies and provide timely, life-saving interventions. ED Capacity : With a 22-bed emergency department, we are committed to providing efficient and compassionate care to every patient who walks through our doors. Physician Coverage : Enjoy ample physician coverage with 12-hour shifts available, ensuring a manageable workload and continuity of care for our patients. Advanced Practice Provider Coverage : Our team includes dedicated advanced practice providers who work alongside physicians to deliver high-quality care around the clock. Candidate Requirements : Emergency Medicine Experience : Candidates must have prior experience in emergency medicine, either through residency training or a minimum of 3,000 hours of clinical experience in an emergency department setting. Board Certification : Board certification in Emergency Medicine is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience and training will also be considered.
