As a Barista, you will be an essential part of the food service team supporting customer satisfaction and quality beverage preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Barista Location: Helena, MT Pay Range: $17.92 Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8 What's the Job? Provide exceptional customer service while preparing hand-crafted, quality beverages. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications. Operate cash registers and credit card machines with accuracy and professionalism. Address customer questions and complaints promptly to maintain positive relations and ensure speedy beverage delivery. What's Needed? Ability to pass a background check.
