We ask that you be friendly, eager to learn, and self-motivated. We have a job for you, even if you jusy need extra cash for coffee runs or to have extra fun money! This is a tipped position, and with tips, you can make up to $20 / Hour with tips! The Baker is responsible for opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, and preparing fillings and glazes. Responsibilities include food quality management, training, proficiency in using our baker management tools, safety and sanitation practices, working to ensure the best food cost and food waste in the bakery department, and execution to offer fresh and delicious goods to our guests on a daily basis.
