Job Description We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join our
team. As a key member of our internal (Oninite) team, you will play
a crucial role in the human resources activities, from recruiting
new hires to retaining existing hires. Your responsibilities will
include: - Screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential
employees to ensure the best fit for our organization - On-boarding
and training new employees to set them up for success -
Implementing and promoting company culture, values, and policies to
maintain a positive work environment - Providing management with
detailed reports and documents to support decision-making processes
- Coordinating events focused on employee recognition to boost
