Associate Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Litigation
Associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will
assist in managing a variety of litigation cases, ensuring
efficient case progression from initiation to resolution. This
position requires strong legal research and writing skills, as well
as the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other
stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and
prepare legal documents Manage case files and assist in discovery
processes Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information
Assist in trial preparation including witness preparation and
evidence organization Negotiate settlements and represent clients
in court as needed Analyze legal issues and develop strategies for
case management Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the relevant
jurisdiction 1-3 years of experience in litigation or a related
field Strong understanding of court procedures and legal principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in
legal research and case management software Demonstrated ability in
