Greensboro searching for an E-commerce Customer Service
Representative! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying
$20-22/hr. and will be onsite M-F 8-5. Prior E-Commerce experience
required to be eligible for this role! Responsibilities: Receive
inquiries regarding orders via phone, email, client portal, and
websites Provide clients with information regarding product
details, pricing, availability, etc. Assist clients with placing
online orders and tracking shipments Assist with troubleshooting
and navigating website Qualifications: Must have prior E-commerce
experience to be eligible for this role! Strong attention to
detail, communication skills and ability to multi-task Must have
experience utilizing ERP system If you are interested in this
