Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full?time W2 Class A CDL Drivers based in Huntsville, AL. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with routes primarily east of the I?35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits beginning on day one. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates are considered; paid training is available for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction. What we offer Stable W2 employment with year?round freight and consistent work. Compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday; exact pay varies by experience and route. Paid training: fully paid three to five week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement. Bonus opportunities for safety and performance. Home time: weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment. Late?model equipment: assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Company?paid life and AD&D insurance, plus pet and rider policies. Paid orientation. Typical day on the job Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations. Haul no?touch dry van freight, with approximately 70% drop?and?hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Perform daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections. Who we are looking for Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates considered with a minimum of 120 training hours. Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus.
