Job Description Job Description Location: Montgomery, AL — 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full?time W2 Class A CDL Drivers. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes operating east of I?35. Exact pay depends on experience and route. Paid training: Fully paid three to five week program for new CDL graduates who meet the required minimum of 120 hours of instruction. Bonus opportunities: Safety and performance bonuses available. Home time: Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment. Typical duties and responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor?trailer in compliance with DOT and company rules Haul no?touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop?and?hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members Perform daily pre?trip and post?trip inspections Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL Experienced drivers are welcome; recent CDL school graduates are considered if they have at least 120 hours of training Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus Able to pass DOT physical and pre?employment drug test Why 10?4 Logistics USA: We support our drivers with consistent loads, modern trucks, and an operations team focused on driver success, allowing you to concentrate on safe, productive driving.
