Line of Business: Aggregates Ready Mix Driver About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. Perform pre?trip and post?trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to ensure efficient delivery. Operate equipment and controls to load, mix, and unload concrete according to specifications. Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and follow all safety practices and company procedures. What Are We Looking For A safety?focused driver with a valid CDL and clean driving record. Ability to operate heavy vehicles and related equipment confidently and responsibly. Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers. Ability to work in a fast?paced, physically active environment. Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality service. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
