to our success. THE WORK As a key leader in our team, you will
provide oversight to a group of hourly employees, ensuring that all
products are completed to the highest standards and delivered on
time. Your responsibilities will include: - Team Productivity &
Safety: Leading your team to achieve high productivity levels while
maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and cost
requirements. - Shift Transition Management: Ensuring smooth
transitions between shifts to maintain uninterrupted operations. -
Timekeeping & Labor Auditing: Managing and approving employee
timekeeping in SAP, conducting labor audits, and ensuring
compliance with Sikorsky's labor reporting and time and attendance
procedures. - Performance Management: Driving accountability by
managing employee performance through reviews, coaching, training,
and, when necessary, disciplinary actions. - Compliance & Standards
Enforcement: Ensuring adherence to work methods, safety rules, and
quality standards, and conducting regular checks to maintain these
standards. - Safety & Housekeeping: Upholding Environmental Health
& Safety (EH&S) regulations, performing necessary equipment
upkeep, and promoting good housekeeping practices. - Issue
Resolution: Investigating discrepancies and coordinating with
Operations, Quality, and Engineering Management to resolve issues
promptly. - Budget & Policy Management: Managing both direct and
indirect budgets while consistently applying and enforcing company
policies and procedures. - Customer Interaction: Effectively
interfacing with a variety of internal and external customers to

of experience in a manufacturing or production environment,
preferably in the aerospace or defense industry. - Prior leadership
or supervisory experience, particularly in managing hourly
employees in a high-paced environment. - Proficiency in using SAP
or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for
timekeeping, labor management, and production tracking. - Strong
understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in a
manufacturing environment. - Familiarity with blueprint reading and
interpretation to ensure product conformance. Desired skills -
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and
develop a team. - Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, provide
constructive feedback, and enforce policies and procedures
consistently. - Strong verbal and written communication skills,
with the ability to interface effectively with internal and
external customers. - Ability to make sound decisions in a
fast-paced environment, balancing safety, quality, and
productivity. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to
analyze situations, identify root causes, and implement effective
solutions. - Bachelors degree from an accredited university - Green
belt or black belt certification - Previous Sikorsky experience -
Experience leading a union environment - Previous aerospace

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
