Your responsibilities
Currently seeking a Team Lead on 1st Shift to coordinate and monitor the activities of a work group within a warehouse or plant setting. Starting Pay $18.00 - $20.00 an hour.Hours 7am to 5pm on 3rd shift, benefits (medical, dental, and vision) starting within 30 days of hire. Key Accountabilities:

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.).
• Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs.
• Provide input to Supervisor or Manager regarding performance.
• Travel to Hoover, Birmingham, and Tuscaloosa market likely- looking for flexibility.
• Complete daily paperwork as assigned.
• Build customer relationships - both internal and external.

  Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed for programs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Previous supervisory experience: 1 year required, 2 years preferred.
  • Meets tkSCS Employee Attributes/Competencies.
