A company is looking for a Primary Support Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via various channels
Educate customers on how to use company products
Report defects and feature requests to the development team
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
Experience supporting Software as a Service, web browsers,
networking principles, and hardware devices
Ability to research issues autonomously
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with case tracking and customer relationship management
software
