Operations Coordinator - Inventory and AP Birmingham, AL $65,000 - $75,000 + benefits A rapidly growing tech-based property management company located in Birmingham, AL is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic teamInventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including quantities, values, and locations, to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to streamline inventory management processes.
• Implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Accounts Payable Processing:
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and timely payment.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries and payment status to maintain positive relationships.
  • Generate accounts payable reports to monitor payment status and support financial reporting.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or data entry.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, with NetSuite experience preferred.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.
