Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailed orientated Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic team at Valley Packaging a leading corrugated manufactuing company.This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and support functions while contributing to the growth and efficiency of our sales processes. - Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparations of sales presentations and proposals to enhance the sales pitch process. -
• Support the sales team in managing and updating customer databases to ensure accurate information is available for all clients interactions.
• Help coordinate sales orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. -
• Participating in client meetings and sales conferences to gain insight into customer needs and market trends. -
• Assist in the creation of sales reports and analysis to track sales performance and identify -areas of improvement. -
• Provide administrative -support to the sales team
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Design, Customer Service and Production to ensure cohesive approach to customer satisfaction. -
• Learn and utilize company-spesific software for order processing. Qualifications:
  • Currently pursing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite(Work,Excel, PowerPoints)
