Job Description Direct Care Professional Join our dedicated team

developmental disabilities. This role focuses on providing
personalized support, fostering independence, and creating a safe,
engaging, and respectful environment for all clients. Business
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:00 PM Schedule: Flexible within
business hours; no evenings or weekends Hours: 20–29 hours per week
to start Pay: $17–20 per hour, depending on experience Our Values

ethic, we encourage you to apply. Position Overview CSN is seeking
a compassionate and dependable Direct Care Professional (DCP) to
support adults with developmental disabilities in our in-house Life
Skills program. The DCP ensures clients feel safe, respected, and
uplifted during daily activities while fostering personal growth,
skill development, and social engagement through a variety of
educational and enrichment experiences. Key Responsibilities Client
Support and Supervision Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive
environment for all clients Build trusting relationships and serve
as a reliable, encouraging presence Ensure the safety and
well-being of clients during all program activities Encourage
participation, independence, and social connection Assist with
personal care as needed, including restroom support Follow client
support protocols and care plans outlined by case management Group
Room Supervision Supervise clients in CSN’s in-house program
setting Facilitate activities that support social, intellectual,
and emotional development Model a positive attitude and encourage
meaningful engagement Life Skills Program Support Art and Music:
Creative expression through hands-on activities Social and
Emotional Learning: Building self-awareness and interpersonal
skills Movement and Relaxation: Exercise, stretching, and
relaxation techniques Academic and Communication Skills: Puzzles,
problem-solving, and communication development Health and Cooking:
Weekly cooking classes focused on nutrition and kitchen safety
Additional Responsibilities Perform light janitorial duties to
maintain a clean and welcoming space Complete required
documentation and communication Opportunity for Advancement This
position has the potential to grow into a full-time role for the

process. Qualifications Required At least 18 years old High school
diploma or equivalent Successful completion of a background check
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license Reliable vehicle with insurance
Experience in a direct care or personal care role Basic computer
and email proficiency Strong organizational and time management
skills Professionalism and discretion Ability to adapt in a dynamic
environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals
as needed Preferred Experience supporting individuals with
developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or related
experience Training Paid Direct Care Provider Certification
provided by CSN Additional Benefits Mileage Reimbursement: At the
current IRS standard rate for personal vehicle use for work
purposes Cell Phone Reimbursement: Up to $15 per month for
business-related use Paid Time Off (PTO): Eligible after 90
days
