Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Troy, Michigan. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary financial advisor to the executive leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations. • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls. • Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models, including budgeting and performance analytics. • Drive initiatives to improve profitability and optimize margins across the organization. • Manage liquidity and capital resources effectively, strengthening relationships with banking and financial institutions. • Modernize reporting and analytics systems using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI. • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the board of directors and senior stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals. • Enhance pricing structures and cost management practices to support sustainable growth. • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams to foster growth and development.
