Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Troy, Michigan.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial strategy,
optimize operations, and serve as a critical partner to executive

ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance financial
performance and scalability, ensuring long-term success through
data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.
Responsibilities: • Act as the primary financial advisor to the
executive leadership team, providing strategic insights and
recommendations. • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring
accurate reporting and strong internal controls. • Lead the
development and implementation of forecasting models, including
budgeting and performance analytics. • Drive initiatives to improve
profitability and optimize margins across the organization. •
Manage liquidity and capital resources effectively, strengthening
relationships with banking and financial institutions. • Modernize
reporting and analytics systems using tools such as Microsoft
Dynamics and Power BI. • Prepare comprehensive financial reports
and presentations for the board of directors and senior
stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
financial strategies with organizational goals. • Enhance pricing
structures and cost management practices to support sustainable
growth. • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams to

finance leadership roles, such as CFO, VP of Finance, or senior
Controller. • Proven expertise in financial reporting, forecasting,
and capital planning. • Strong background in margin optimization,
cost analytics, and liquidity management. • Familiarity with
advanced financial systems and tools, including Microsoft Dynamics
and Power BI. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial
data into actionable business strategies. • Experience in sectors
such as financial services, specialty finance, or real estate
preferred. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to
influence and guide executive-level decisions. • Strong leadership
capabilities with a focus on team development and
collaboration.
