Job Description Job Description Job Title: HR Generalist (Temporary) Location: Ardmore, PA Pay Rate: $35-$38 per hour Job Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and HR inquiries Support onboarding, offboarding, and new-hire orientation Assist with benefits administration and leave management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation Support performance management and disciplinary processes Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling Help update HR policies and procedures Partner with managers on HR best practices Support audits and compliance initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3 years of HR Generalist experience Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus Work Environment: On-site in Ardmore, PA Standard business hours, Monday-Friday Temporary assignment with potential for extension based on business needs Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
