Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented Order Expeditor to join our team in Madison,
Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a
critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials and
maintaining efficient workflows to support production schedules.
This role involves monitoring and managing purchase orders,
collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing data analysis tools
to optimize processes. Responsibilities: • Monitor and track the
progress of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials
needed for production. • Identify and address delays or bottlenecks
in the supply chain, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to
schedules. • Act as the main point of contact between procurement,
production teams, logistics, and vendors to facilitate clear
communication. • Generate detailed reports on order status and
exceptions using organizational data, presenting findings to
stakeholders. • Create informative dashboards and visualizations
using Tableau or Power BI to support process improvements. •
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all orders and
communications within the organizational system. • Analyze vendor
performance, focusing on order fulfillment speed, accuracy, and
responsiveness. • Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as
needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational
goals.• Proficiency in data entry and the ability to handle large
volumes of numeric information accurately. • Strong computer
skills, including familiarity with data entry software and systems.
• Experience in creating dashboards or data visualizations using
tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Excellent organizational
skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate
documentation. • Effective communication abilities to collaborate
with vendors, logistics, and internal teams. • Analytical mindset
to identify issues and propose solutions within supply chain
processes. • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in
order management or supply chain coordination. • Ability to work
independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
